These Terms govern your use of the Orru platform operated by Belogg Technologies Private Limited. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
Orru provides a technology platform connecting riders with independent driver partners through WhatsApp. Orru is a technology platform, not a transportation company.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Orru.
3. Booking & Rides
You agree to: provide accurate locations, be present at pickup, pay the agreed fare, and treat drivers with respect.
4. Fares & Payment
Fares are based on distance and shown as estimates before confirmation. Payment is made directly to the driver in cash.
5. Daily Pass — No Refunds Policy
Daily Pass purchases are non-refundable. Once a Daily Pass is activated, it cannot be cancelled, transferred, or refunded under any circumstances — including unused rides, partial usage, service disruptions due to weather or other external factors, or change of plans. By purchasing a Daily Pass, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. Daily Passes are valid only for the date and zone specified at purchase and cannot be extended or carried forward.
6. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation before driver assignment. After driver assignment, cancellation fees may apply. Frequent cancellations may result in account restrictions.
7. Driver Partners
Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of Belogg Technologies Private Limited. Drivers must maintain valid licenses, registration, insurance, and safe vehicles.
8. User Conduct
Harassment, abuse, discrimination, property damage, and illegal activity are prohibited. Violations result in permanent removal from the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
Orru is provided "as is". We are not liable for driver actions, indirect damages, or service interruptions beyond our control. Maximum liability is limited to the fare of the specific ride in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
